Portfolio
Built. Used. Checkable.
No logo wall. Most portfolios in my industry are a grid of marks you cannot verify and percentages nobody can show you the account for. I am not doing that. What follows is five kinds of work I actually do, the names of people who put themselves on the record about it, and sites you can open in another tab right now and judge for yourself.
How to read this page
Three rules I put on my own portfolio.
I would rather give you less and have all of it hold up than give you an impressive page you have to take on faith. So before anything else, here is what I will and will not claim.
- No logos I do not have written permission to use. A client paying me does not give me the right to put their brand on my marketing. Several of the businesses I have done the most work for are not named anywhere on this site, on purpose, and that is their call to make and not mine.
- No percentages. You will not find "increased revenue 340 percent" on this page, because I cannot hand you the account that produced the number, and a figure you cannot audit is decoration. Where results exist, the person who got them says so in their own words, under their own name, on the testimonials page.
- Everything here is checkable. Either it is live on the internet and you can open it, or it is a human being with a full name and a job title attached to it, or it is a credential with an ID you can look up with the issuer. If it fits none of those three, it is not on this site.
The work
Five things people hire me for.
They look unrelated until you have run a business, and then they turn out to be the same problem seen from five angles. Each one links to the people who said it out loud.
Operational systems and automation
The part of the business that loses customers without anyone noticing. Inquiries that sit unanswered for a day. Booking that depends on somebody being free to answer the phone. Follow-up that happens when a person remembers. Review requests nobody sends. Listings that still carry a number from two years ago. Payments that take three steps when they should take one.
I map what actually happens now, write it down, then build the version that runs on its own and tell you plainly which parts still need a human. Documented, so it survives you hiring somebody new.
16 on the recordCredit and access to capital
Operations and funding are one problem wearing two hats. A business with a clean system and no money cannot grow, and a business with money and no system burns it faster. This is the funding side: personal and business credit strategy, reading the report properly, understanding what a denial actually said versus what it felt like, and what to fix in what order.
This work runs through Ninja Credit Consultants LLC. No promised score, no promised approval, no promised timeline.
5 on the recordCampaigns, offers and the words
Not posting. Offers. Most campaigns that fail did not fail at the ad, they failed because the thing being sold was not worth buying as described, or because what happened after the click was a mess.
So this starts at the offer and the copy, then the route from first contact to money, then whatever traffic makes sense for the business. Sometimes the right answer is that you do not need a campaign at all, you need to call the ninety people who already inquired and never heard back.
2 on the recordInfrastructure and hardware
The unfashionable layer, and the one almost nobody else in this field will touch. I have been doing it since 1996. Running the wires, building and supporting the machines, standing up servers, gaming builds, and now independent local AI machines that keep your data physically inside your building instead of inside somebody else's cloud.
If a vendor tells you the only way to use AI is to upload your customer list to them, that is a business model talking, not a technical limit.
11 on the recordCoaching, consulting and the person running it
The largest group on the testimonials page, which told me something I did not expect when I counted them. More people talk about how it was to work with me than about any single system I built. That is not me being modest, it is just what the pile says.
Three different jobs wearing one label. Sometimes you are stuck because information is missing, and that is a consulting problem with a clean answer. Sometimes every piece of information is already in front of you and nothing is moving anyway, which is a completely different problem and does not respond to another spreadsheet. And sometimes the strategy is correct and the delivery is quietly coming apart in the middle, which is honestly where most of my hours go. This one is direct access to me rather than a packaged service.
Built and live
Open these in another tab.
The simplest proof I can offer. These are mine, they are live, and every one of them was written, structured and put online by me. Judge the build quality directly instead of taking my word for it.
I Ninja LLC
The company site. Services, structure and the way the operational work is actually scoped and delivered. Hand built, no page builder, no theme.
Ninja Credit Consultants LLC
The funding side of the work, as its own company with its own process. Sixteen of the forty-two testimonials on this site came out of this one.
Life Insurance Solutions
Not a separate brand. A specific offer from I Ninja LLC built for the life insurance side of the business, with its own site because that audience needs its own language.
Speaker media kit
Talk descriptions, formats, audiences, bio and logistics in one place, so a program committee can get what they need without emailing me for it.
Why the range
Thirty years is long enough to watch four of these waves arrive.
I started in technology in 1996. Since then I have watched businesses be told that a website would save them, then that social media would, then that an app would, and now that AI will. Each time, the ones who did well were not the ones who bought earliest. They were the ones whose operation already worked, so the new thing had something solid to attach to.
That is the whole reason I do five kinds of work instead of one. If I only sold automation, every problem you brought me would somehow need automation. Being able to build the system, read the credit report, write the offer and put my hands on the actual hardware means I can tell you the honest answer, including when the honest answer is that you do not need to buy anything from me this quarter.
Dig in further
Three ways to check me out.
Testimonials
Every review I have, in full, with names and roles, grouped by the kind of work. Sourced from the original site and from the public Google reviews for I Ninja LLC. I also explain exactly what editing I did and why there is no star rating markup on it.
Degree plus 21Credentials
A business degree with honors and twenty-one certifications across IT infrastructure, AI, sales, copywriting and credit, with the credential IDs printed next to them so you can verify rather than trust. Including three years moderating language models.
Still learningInsights
What I am reading and what I am changing my mind about. Close to a hundred and seventy books since January 2025, heading for two hundred. If you want to know how somebody thinks, the reading list is more honest than the sales page.
Straight answers
Fair questions about a portfolio with no numbers on it
Why are there no client logos or percentage improvements on this page?
Because I cannot prove either one to you. A logo grid tells you a brand once paid an invoice, not what was delivered or whether it worked, and most of the logos you see on agency sites were never cleared for that use. A percentage with no account behind it is worth exactly what you can verify, which is nothing. What I can put in front of you is a person with a full name and a job title saying what happened, and a site you can open and inspect. So that is what the page is made of.
Can I speak to someone you have worked with?
Usually yes, and I would rather you did. I will not hand out anybody's contact details without asking them first, so the way it works is you tell me which kind of work you are considering, and I go and ask one or two people in that category whether they are willing to take a call. If they say no, I tell you they said no rather than quietly changing the subject.
You list very different kinds of work. Which one is the real business?
All of them, and they are less separate than they look. Operations, funding, offer and infrastructure are four places the same business gets stuck, and a problem in one of them shows up looking like a problem in another. Owners come to me for leads and turn out to have a booking problem. They come for credit repair and turn out to have a cash collection problem. Being able to work in all four is what lets me tell you which one you actually have instead of selling you the only thing I know how to do.
Do you build this yourself or resell somebody else's platform?
The sites are written by hand, which you can confirm by viewing the source on any of them. The local AI machines I build physically, with my own hands, from parts. For the operational software side I am not going to pretend I wrote every tool from scratch, because nobody did and anyone claiming otherwise is selling you something. What you are actually paying for is which tools, wired together in which order, with your real process in the middle of it, documented so your team can run it, and somebody who picks up the phone when it breaks. That part is not resellable and it is the entire job.
Next step
You have seen the work. Tell me what is not working in yours.
No pitch deck, no discovery funnel, no sixty minute presentation about my process. You describe what is broken, I tell you what I would do about it and whether it is even worth paying me for.
