Ninja Credit Consultants LLC

Nobody Can Promise You a Score. Here Is What Actually Works.

If somebody tells you what your score will be, or when, walk away. No consultant controls what a bureau or a lender decides. What can be controlled is whether your file is accurate, whether your profile is built to hold credit, and whether you understand what you are looking at. That is the work, and it is slower and more boring than the advertising in this industry suggests.

Start here

Most people arrive having already been sold something.

Usually it was a flat monthly fee, a promise about points, and very little explanation of what was actually being done on their behalf. Six months later they have paid a lot of money and still cannot tell you what happened to their file or why.

This works the other way round. You will understand the plan before it starts, you will know which part is mine and which part is yours, and you will be told the truth about what is realistically available to you given what is actually on your reports. Sometimes that truth is that your file is fine and your real problem is income documentation, or a business entity that is not set up to borrow in its own name. In that case I will say so rather than sell you a monthly plan.

Two different jobs

Your credit and your company's credit are not the same thing.

Owners routinely discover this at the worst possible moment, when a lender looks past the business entirely and underwrites the person. The two profiles need separate attention, usually in a particular order.

Personal profile

The file a lender actually reads

Reading all three reports properly rather than glancing at an app score. Identifying what is inaccurate, what is accurate and simply unflattering, and what is aging off on its own. Understanding utilization, account age, mix and recent activity well enough to know which lever matters this quarter and which one is noise.

Where something on your report is genuinely inaccurate, you have the right to dispute it directly with the bureaus, for free, and I will show you exactly how that process works.

Business profile

A company that can borrow in its own name

Most small businesses have no real credit identity. The entity exists on paper, but nothing about it is set up to be underwritten, so every application quietly falls back on the owner's personal guarantee.

This is the structural work: getting the entity, its records and its reporting relationships in order so the business builds a profile of its own over time. It is slow, it is sequential, and it is the part almost nobody does before they need the money.

How it runs

The whole plan gets laid out before anything starts.

Clients mention this more than anything else, so it is worth spelling out rather than leaving you to discover it.

  • We look at the actual documents. All three reports, any denial letters, and the business entity paperwork if the company side matters. Not a score from an app. The reports themselves, because the detail is where the answer lives.
  • You get told what is really going on. In plain language, including the parts you will not enjoy. If something on there is accurate and damaging, I will tell you it is accurate and damaging, and we will work on the things that can actually move.
  • The plan is written down and explained. What happens, in what order, roughly how long each stage tends to take, and what it depends on. You should be able to repeat it back to somebody else. If you cannot, I have not explained it properly yet.
  • You find out what your part is. This is not done-for-you. Some steps only you can take, and the plan only works if you actually do them. You will be reminded, more than once.
  • We keep going and adjust. Reports change, lenders change their criteria, life happens. Questions get answered as they come up rather than at a scheduled monthly check-in.

Read this before you hire anyone

Four things that should end the conversation.

This applies to me as much as to anyone else, and you should hold every provider in this industry to it, because the ones making these claims are competing with the ones who refuse to.

  • A specific score, or a specific date. Nobody controls what a bureau calculates or when. Anyone naming a number and a deadline is describing a hope and charging you for it.
  • Removing accurate information. Correct negative entries can be disputed, verified and stay exactly where they are. What is genuinely inaccurate can be challenged; what is simply unwelcome and true generally cannot, and anyone implying otherwise is setting you up to be disappointed.
  • A guaranteed approval. Lenders make lending decisions using their own criteria, their own appetite that month, and information well beyond your report. No third party can commit on their behalf.
  • A new identity for your file. If anybody suggests a new number to use in place of your social security number, or "credit privacy" numbers, leave immediately. That is fraud, and the person carrying the consequences is you, not them.

You are also entitled to a written agreement before work begins, and federal law gives you the right to cancel a credit repair contract within three days without paying anything. Any provider who treats either of those as unusual is telling you something important about themselves.

The honest catch

This asks something of you.

The clients who get the most out of this are the ones who do their part on time. The ones who get the least are the ones who wanted to hand it over and hear nothing until it was fixed. It is worth knowing which one you intend to be before you start.

Time

Months, not weeks

Profiles are built out of history, and history accumulates at one speed. Anything that moves faster than that is usually either a correction of something inaccurate or a short-term trick that costs you later.

Paperwork

Documents, promptly

Reports, letters, entity records, whatever the stage requires. Most plans that stall do not stall because the strategy was wrong. They stall because something sat in somebody's inbox for three weeks.

Behavior

Changes you have to make

Sometimes it is how a card gets used. Sometimes it is not opening something new at the wrong moment. Advice you ignore is the same as advice you never received, and it is the most common reason a sound plan goes nowhere.

Public reviews

What clients said, and how to read it.

These are verbatim from the Ninja Credit Consultants listing on Google, where you can read all of them with my replies attached. Two mention large score increases, so read them the right way.

Those outcomes happened. Not one of them was promised in advance. Nobody looked at those files and predicted a number or a date, because that is not a thing anybody can honestly do. What was promised was a plan, an explanation of it, and a straight answer about what the file would and would not support. Your reports are not their reports, and what happened for them is a record of the past rather than a forecast for you.

Ninja Credit Consultants are amazing! They helped raise my credit score by almost 100 points. Super responsive, professional, and always on top of everything. If you are looking to improve your credit, I highly recommend giving them a call, you won't regret it!

Came in with a bad credit score and debt. Having trouble getting a rental and place to live. Within a day I was set up on a path for a huge boost to my score. Within weeks I jumped well over 100 pts. Straight forward plan with no room for mistakes. Now I'm on my way to actually having freedom to choose where I live.

Myself and my wife have used these services to not only repair but also build our personal credit towards financial freedom. In addition to that the Credit Ninja helped bring our business credit to the next level, and I wouldn't recommend anybody else to trust with something as important as this.

Ian was always available for any questions I had and was willing to help with anything I needed. This is honestly the company to choose for anything regarding your credit.

No star rating is marked up anywhere on this page. Review markup a business publishes about itself is not something search engines are meant to reward, and the words do the work better anyway.

Straight answers

The questions worth asking

How long does this take?

Longer than you want and it depends entirely on what is on your file, so anyone answering this with a confident number has not looked at your reports yet. A genuine inaccuracy being corrected moves on the bureaus' timeline, not mine. Building a business credit profile from nothing is measured in months because it is built out of accumulated history. What I will do is tell you, once I have seen the documents, what each stage realistically tends to involve, and update you when reality disagrees with that.

Can you remove something from my report that is accurate?

No, and neither can anyone else, whatever they imply in their advertising. Accurate information stays until it ages off on its own schedule. What can be addressed is information that is genuinely wrong, out of date, or that the furnisher cannot verify when it is challenged, and those are more common than people expect. The rest of the work is about what you build going forward, which is the part that actually compounds.

Can I not just dispute things myself for free?

Yes, you can, and you should know that before you pay anybody, including me. Disputing directly with the bureaus costs nothing and you are entitled to do it. People hire me because they want someone who reads reports all the time to tell them what is actually worth challenging, what the denial letter really said, what order to do things in, and how to structure the business side so the company can eventually borrow on its own. If your situation is simple enough to handle yourself, I would rather tell you that.

Why is this a separate company from I Ninja LLC?

Because credit work sits on regulated ground with its own rules about what may be promised, its own paperwork and its own standards for handling your information. Running it inside a general services business would blur all of that. Separate company, separate records, separate money, separate liability. The operations work and the credit work often help the same owner in the same quarter, but they are invoiced and run as what they are, which is two different things.

Will applying for things hurt me while we work on this?

It can, and timing is one of the genuinely useful parts of having somebody looking at the whole picture. New applications, new accounts and closing old ones all land somewhere on your file, and doing one of them in the wrong month can undo a stage you have just finished. This is a common way people accidentally work against themselves, usually with good intentions. Ask before you apply for anything, including the things that seem small.

Next step

Bring the denial letter. Bring the reports.

The first conversation is about finding out what you are actually dealing with, which is impossible to do from a score alone. You will get a straight read on it, including whether this is worth paying anybody for.
