The companies

Different Problems. Different Vehicles.

Ninja Credit Consultants LLC handles credit and capital. I Ninja LLC handles operations, systems and the technology underneath them, and runs a purpose-built version for insurance agencies. Different problems, different companies, and the same people accountable for how all of it gets delivered.

  • Two registered LLCs
  • 24/7 live chat and video support
  • Dedicated onboarding teams
  • In technology since 1996

The structure

Why this is two companies instead of one.

Operations work and credit work look related from the outside. They are related. But they are not the same business, and running them as one would make both of them worse.

Credit work touches regulated ground. It has its own rules about what can be promised, its own paperwork, its own way of handling your information, and its own professional standards that have nothing to do with whether somebody's appointment reminders are going out on time. Keeping it in its own company with its own name means that discipline does not get diluted by sitting next to a services menu, and it means the money, the records and the liability stay where they belong.

Life Insurance Solutions sits inside I Ninja LLC rather than beside it. It is a purpose-built version of the same operating system, shaped for how an insurance agency actually works and who inside it is allowed to say what. It has its own site and its own language because that audience has its own vocabulary and its own rules. It is not a separate company, and I would rather tell you that here than let you work it out later from an invoice.

What each one handles

The three doors.

Each one has its own page here with the detail, and its own live site. Open whichever is closest to the thing currently costing you money.

Or go straight to the live sites: agency.i-ninja-llc.com · ninjacreditconsultants.com · agency.i-ninja-marketing.com

The fourth door

And then there is the work you buy directly from me.

Coaching, consulting and growth work is deliberately not packaged as a company offering, because what you are buying is different in kind. With I Ninja LLC you are buying something that gets built, supported and handed over to your team. With coaching you are buying direct access to me and thirty years of judgment, applied to your situation, with nobody in between.

That directness is the product. It is also why it is capped and scoped rather than sold as an open-ended retainer.

Pick a door

Which one do you actually need?

People usually arrive asking for the wrong one, which is normal. A problem in one part of a business shows up wearing another part's clothes. Find the sentence below that sounds most like your week.

  • "Leads come in and we lose them." That is almost never a traffic problem. Start with I Ninja LLC.
  • "I cannot take a day off without something breaking." The business is running on you rather than on a system. I Ninja LLC.
  • "We got declined and I do not really know why." A denial is a document, not a verdict, and it says more than people think. Ninja Credit Consultants.
  • "The plan is good, I just cannot fund it." Fix the funding side before you build anything expensive. Ninja Credit Consultants.
  • "I run an agency and the generic tools do not fit how we are allowed to operate." Life Insurance Solutions.
  • "I know exactly what to do and I am not doing it." No system fixes that, and selling you one would be dishonest. Work with me directly.
  • "Honestly, I am not sure which of these it is." Then do not guess. Describe the week you just had and I will tell you which one it is, including when the answer is none of them.

The common thread

Principals who build, and support that does not sleep.

Most buyers have been burned at one of two extremes. Either they hired a big shop and never spoke to anyone who could actually change anything, or they hired an individual and found there was nobody to call on a Sunday. This is built to avoid both.

Who scopes and builds

You deal with the principals

Jerrica Coyle and I lead the work directly: strategy, build and implementation. The person who scopes your project is accountable for it afterward, so nothing gets lost in a handoff from a salesman to a delivery team you have never met.

Jerrica is Managing Member of I Ninja LLC, runs client experience and operations, and is a licensed life insurance agent.

Who you call at 2am

Support around the clock

Live chat and video support staffed 24/7, full training on the platform, and recorded walkthroughs of every feature so your team can get an answer without waiting for business hours or for one specific person to be free.

Onboarding runs through dedicated teams, so getting set up never waits on whoever is busiest that week.

The standard

Documented, or it is not finished

Anything built for you is written down in language your team can follow, and it belongs to you. No setup that only works while somebody here is holding it, no process that lives in one head, no arrangement where leaving us means starting over.

If a vendor cannot hand you documentation of what they built, what you actually bought was a dependency.

Straight answers

Questions about how this is set up

Is this one business wearing three different hats?

Two of them are separate registered companies with their own names, their own records and their own money, which is a real legal and financial separation rather than a branding exercise. The third, Life Insurance Solutions, genuinely is a hat. It is an offer from I Ninja LLC with its own site and its own language for a specific industry, and I would rather say that plainly here than let you work it out later from an invoice.

Can I use more than one of them at once?

Yes, and a fair number of people do, because the operations problem and the funding problem usually show up in the same quarter. They stay separately scoped and separately invoiced so you can see what you are paying for and stop one without unpicking the other. I will generally suggest sequencing them rather than starting both in the same week, because doing two things properly beats doing four things partially.

Who will I actually be dealing with?

Jerrica Coyle and I lead the work itself, which means the people who scope your project are the people accountable for it once it is running. Behind that sits the support structure: live chat and video support staffed around the clock, full platform training with recorded walkthroughs of every feature, and dedicated onboarding teams who handle setup. So you get principals who know your build personally, and support you can reach at any hour without going through either of us.

Why does each company have its own website?

Because the audiences are not the same and should not be made to read each other's material. Somebody working through a funding denial does not need to scroll past appointment automation to find what they came for, and an agency owner has vocabulary and constraints that a general business page would either skip or get wrong. One site trying to speak to all of them ends up speaking clearly to none of them.

Next step

Not sure which door? That is a normal place to start.

Tell me what the last two weeks actually looked like. I will tell you which of these fits, in what order, and whether you need any of it right now.
