Book a demo

See It Working. Then Decide.

A walkthrough of how the system actually operates, with your business as the example rather than a generic one. It is free, nothing is sold to you on the call, and you are not asked for a decision at the end of it. The point is that you see the real thing and then go away and think about it.

  • Free
  • No pitch at the end
  • Your business, not a sample one

What the call is

A walkthrough, not a presentation.

Most demos are a slide deck with a product screenshot in the middle and a price at the end. This is the opposite. We open the thing up and go through what would actually happen in your business: where a lead arrives, what gets sent, who gets notified, what your team sees, what the customer sees, and which parts still need a human.

You should expect to interrupt. The useful version of this call is the one where you stop me to ask whether it handles some specific awkward thing your business does, because the answer to that is what actually decides whether this is worth your money. If the answer is no, you will get a no.

Nothing is sold on the call. If you want numbers afterward, ask and you will get them. If you want to go away and think, that is the expected outcome rather than a failure of the call.

Pick a time

Whatever slot suits you.

Bring anybody who would actually be using it. A demo that only the owner sees tends to produce a decision the team then has to be talked into, which helps nobody.

Worth knowing

Three things that make this a better use of your time.

  • Come with the awkward question. The one about the thing your business does that you suspect no software handles properly. That is the question worth the call.
  • Bring the person who would run it. Whoever actually answers the messages or manages the calendar will spot things an owner will not.
  • You do not need to have decided anything. Plenty of people book this while still working out whether they want it at all. That is a reasonable way to use a free walkthrough.

Straight answers

Quick questions

Do I need to have spoken to you already?

No. Most people reach this page after a short call, because that is usually the sensible order, but if you already know what you are looking at and would rather skip straight to seeing it work, book here directly. Nobody will make you go back and do the earlier conversation first.

Will I be asked to buy something at the end?

No. You will not be asked for a decision, given a deadline, or offered a discount that expires. If you want pricing you can ask for it and you will get a straight answer, during the call or after. The reason this works is that a system you were talked into tends to get abandoned, and then we have both wasted months.

How long does it take?

Longer than the fifteen minute call and shorter than a sales presentation. It depends mostly on how many questions you have, which is the right thing for it to depend on. If you need to leave at a hard stop, say so at the start and we will cover the parts that matter most to you first.
